How do you book a bus for a school or college tour?
Call or WhatsApp us with your student and staff count, trip date, route and pickup point, and we will suggest a suitable bus and send a free quote.
Schools and colleges usually plan trips well ahead, so we recommend booking early, especially around exam breaks and winter or summer holidays. A teacher or coordinator can speak with us directly, and we confirm vehicle and driver details with you before the trip. If you have not finalised a destination, ask us to suggest practical day-trip or overnight options from Delhi.
Which vehicle suits a school or college group?
The best vehicle depends on group size: a 26 seater Tempo Traveller for smaller batches, a mini coach for mid-sized groups, and a 45 seater bus for a full class or batch.
Our 26 seater Tempo Traveller is easier on narrow roads, our mini coach sits between a traveller and a bus, and our 45 seater bus keeps a large group together. Seat counts vary by model and layout, so confirm the exact layout at booking, remembering to count teachers and helpers.
What kinds of trips do schools and colleges plan?
Typical trips include educational tours, historical visits, industrial or campus visits, science city outings and annual picnics.
Many institutions plan one-day heritage visits or short overnight trips, while colleges often prefer hill-station or pilgrimage trips with a longer route. For a single-day outing, a clear schedule, timed meal stops and a head-count at each halt help a lot. Share your plan and we will tell you whether the timings look realistic, keeping in mind that traffic, season and road conditions can change travel time.
What about permissions and paperwork?
Permissions and paperwork depend on your institution's rules and the states you travel through, so check these early with your management.
We assist with vehicle and driver details and, where required, with permit paperwork for inter-state travel, as explained on our travel permit assistance page. We do not make legal promises on behalf of your school or college. Toll, parking and state tax are typically charged as per actual unless the quote says otherwise. Keep parent consent forms and the institution's own approvals ready before departure.

Frequently asked questions
How many students can travel in one bus?
It depends on the vehicle and its layout. A 45 seater bus suits a large batch, a mini coach suits a mid-sized group and a 26 seater Tempo Traveller suits a smaller one. Remember to count teachers and helpers, and confirm the layout at booking.
Can you arrange a bus for a one-day school picnic?
Yes, picnic bus booking for a single day is possible. Share the date, pickup time, destination and number of students. We will quote based on distance and hours, and suggest a vehicle that suits the group.
Do you provide a driver for educational tours?
Yes, every vehicle comes with an experienced driver. We confirm vehicle and driver details with the coordinator before the trip, so teachers know who to contact on the day.
Can a college book a multi-day tour?
Yes, multi-day trips can be planned with a bus or Tempo Traveller. Tell us your route and days, and we will plan driver rest and night halts sensibly. Stay arrangements are not part of vehicle hire unless a package is agreed.
Can we book a bus for campus visits to other cities?
Yes, campus tours to other cities can be arranged from Delhi. Share the list of campuses and the sequence you prefer, and we will plan the route. Timings depend on traffic and distance, so allow some buffer between visits.
Who handles permits for inter-state school tours?
Where a permit is required for an inter-state trip, we assist with the paperwork. Your school remains responsible for its own approvals and consent forms. Ask us at booking so we can tell you what to prepare.
