Mini Coach on Rent in Delhi with Driver

What is a mini coach and when should you hire one?

A mini coach is a compact bus that sits between a Tempo Traveller and a full-size bus, and it is the right choice when your group is too large for a van but does not need 45 seats. Typical layouts range from about 18 to 35 seats, though the exact count depends on the model, so we confirm the layout with you at booking.

Families travelling together for a function, office teams, college societies and pilgrim groups often find a mini coach more comfortable and easier to manage than two or three separate cars. Everyone travels together, which makes timings and drop-offs simpler.

Which groups and trips suit a mini coach?

Mini coaches suit mid-size groups of roughly 18 to 35 people travelling together for a day trip, a wedding function or a longer tour. They are popular for guest transfers between the venue and hotels, office outings and temple visits near Delhi.

If you are comparing options, our 26 seater Tempo Traveller may also work for slightly smaller groups, while larger parties can look at the 45 seater bus. Tell us your headcount and luggage and we will suggest the closest fit.

How much luggage can a mini coach carry?

Luggage space in a mini coach depends on the model and seating layout, so share your bag count when you enquire. Many coaches have an under-floor or rear luggage area, and overhead racks are common, but this is not the same on every vehicle.

For trips with large suitcases, such as a hill holiday or a multi-day tour, tell us in advance so we can match a coach that fits. For a wedding, small bags and gift boxes usually travel without trouble. We confirm what suits your plan before the trip.

Can a mini coach be used for outstation and long trips?

Yes, mini coaches can be booked for outstation routes from Delhi NCR, subject to the vehicle, route and permits needed. Popular uses include Haridwar, Rishikesh, Jaipur, Agra and Mathura Vrindavan for groups that want to travel together.

For hill routes or state-border travel, we assist with permit paperwork where required, and toll, parking and state tax are typically charged as per actual unless your quote says otherwise. Our group tour booking team can help you plan stops and timings. Book early for long weekends and the wedding season.
